What does a luxury wedding cart rental cost in Napa Valley?

Wedding packages typically start in the low four figures for a single cart and scale based on fleet size, hours of service, and whether you need drivers. Every quote is custom — share your venue and guest count and we'll send same-day pricing.
Do you provide drivers, or do guests drive themselves?

Both options. Most luxury venues prefer professional drivers (especially for guest shuttles); we also offer self-drive for the wedding party. We'll recommend the right setup for your venue.
Can carts be decorated for the wedding?

Yes. We coordinate directly with your florist and planner on floral installs, signage, and ribbon. Carts arrive on-site fully styled.

Yes — every cart is fully insured. We provide a COI to your venue or planner on request.
Do you offer ADA-accessible carts?

Yes. Our ADA fleet includes a hydraulic ramp, wheelchair tie-downs, and companion seating — ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility needs.
